Privacy Policy

When you use the home loan health check or the contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number and the details you choose to share about your loans or your enquiry. We also collect your consent record so we can show you agreed to be contacted.

Like most websites, ours records standard technical information such as your browser type and the pages you visit. We do not use this to identify you personally.

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, prepare your health check results and, if you ask us to, help with a finance application. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for anything beyond what you asked for.

Enquiries are stored securely in our business systems and are visible only to Adam Bacic. If you proceed with a finance application, relevant information is shared with the lenders and service providers involved in that application, with your knowledge. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, at any time. Email adam@charterpointfinance.com or call 0474 459 253 and we will action your request promptly.
